Hands-On Fun! Foot Massage - 2 hours

For beginners with little to zero bodywork experience. A perfect workshop for those interested in Reflexology and wanting to know more about the feet and their connection to the body. Great for team building, relationship deepening, and developing a greater understanding of the methodology.

The Reflexology Treatment

Continuing Education for body-workers or people with previous anatomy and physiology knowledge - 12 hours. A comprehensive course resulting in a providing a complete reflexology treatment. An excellent tool for your existing practice!

Corporate / Resort

I can provide in-house courses or treatments for stress management and wellness. Please contact me for speaking engagements; micro and full-length treatments, including recommendations and take-home strategies. Minimum 2 days.

Meditation - 30 - 60 mins

I currently offer guided meditations Monday mornings in my studio space. Contact me for private / corporate events.
